Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vruddo.in (“Vruddo”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Vruddo website and business workspace (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a business, you accept these Terms for that business and confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vruddo is an AI-powered business operating system. It helps businesses manage point of sale and inventory, customers and feedback, websites, social media publishing and customer messaging. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.
  • Tell us at once at support@vruddo.in if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Your data and your customers’ data

You own the data and content you put into the Service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. When you add your customers’ personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent needed to collect it and contact them. That includes their opt-in before you message them on WhatsApp.

4. Connected platforms

You can connect third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile. When you do:

  • You authorise us to access those accounts and act on them for you, within the permissions you grant, to provide the features you use.
  • You must follow those platforms’ own terms and policies, including Meta’s Terms of Service, Community Standards and WhatsApp Business Policy.
  • We publish content or replies only when you create or approve them.
  • You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen. We then delete the stored access tokens. See Data Deletion.
  • Those platforms are not run by us. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, such as rejecting or removing a post.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not opted in;
  • publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, violent or sexually explicit, or that breaks a connected platform’s rules;
  • post fake reviews or testimonials, or impersonate any person or business;
  • upload malware, probe or break our security, or overload or disrupt the Service;
  • scrape, copy or resell the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

6. AI-generated content

The Service can generate suggestions such as captions, replies, website copy and insights. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is a draft for you to review. You are responsible for checking anything before you publish it or act on it.

7. Fees

Some features need a paid plan or usage credits, as shown on our pricing page or in the Service. Fees are in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as stated. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will give notice before any price change applies to you.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Vruddo.in and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You give us a licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. When possible we will tell you first. After termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vruddo.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Vruddo.in’s losses and defend it against third-party claims caused by your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform’s terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and give notice of significant changes. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
